Who We are

Enovative Mechanical and Energy Services is a mechanical contractor that services light commercial and multifamily facilities. We have provided preventative maintenance, 24/7 service, and unit replacements for air conditioning, refrigeration, and water heating systems throughout Southern California since 1986. We are also registered with many California utility incentive programs and manage rebate applications for its customers, saving energy and money on replacement or retrofit work. 

It all started with Commercial Air and Refrigeration, then called Building Comfort Services, which was founded in 1986. In 2020, Commercial Air merged with its sister company to offer water heating in addition to HVAC/R services, and the Enovative name was chosen.
